    EquineAs a personal interest, I enjoy drawing and painting. I have worked with most mediums; digital and traditional. Although digital is a very popular medium, I prefer traditional. These are a couple of equestrian pieces; one traditional and one digital. The digital image is referenced by a Tim Flach piece. There is a YouTube link for it's creation.

    CelestialIn February, I took great enjoyment in creating celestial pieces; playing with colour and shadow as well as playing with layout. I took great enjoyment in the works and received positive feedback from friends, family and onlookers.

    EvelynAs an application to BBC Painting Show, I completed a portrait of my sister, as she represents a strong story in our lives. She is as a result of a relationship gone very wrong, but with that, she is our family. She is not biologically ours, but we love her just as much. Her eyes are bright and blue, whilst our family have green eyes. As a result I surrounded her in a green tone, as it not only a representation of our family, but for all the positive ways in which green is seen; spring and youth. I didn't intend for the symbolism, but the symbolism rings through to me. I received a call from a journalist from the BBC and received a telephone interview, however, through the hundreds of thousands of people who applied, I did not hear back.

    Today, I started my new job. So I am still learning the role. Today, I contacted businesses to ensure their details were up to date and amended any incorrect information.

    After spending two years at my previous job which as becoming more of a struggle, due to so many staff members leaving and high expectations to be carried out with so few staff members, I decided to go for a similar role in the comfort of friends. My job role included: Taking payments, providing food and beverages to guests and providing a positive experience from the start to the end of a customer's visit.
