About me

Cathy Kwan earned a BA in English Language and Communication at King's College London and after graduating decided to get back into drawing. She now works as a London-based Freelance Illustrator. Cathy creates detailed and bold digital illustrations, employing her love for colour and drawing people and gets her inspiration from Japanese art and culture. She likes going to bookstores, wearing Doc Martens and travelling. Cathy was Longlisted for the 'Book Illustration Competition 2015' held by House of Illustration and The Folio Society.
