Celine Angbeletchy is GRIOT MAG editor-at-large. Social Science graduate and English Teacher, she was born and raised in Italy but moved to London in 2009 for the love of music, diversity and creativity. Fuelled by her parents artistic flare and her childhood summer caravan-trips across Europe, Celine has a very strong passion for arts, music and socio-political issues which she has never stopped cultivating. In 2016 she joined GRIOT, an online magazine and cultural hub celebrating aesthetic diversity founded by Johanne Affricot. Pushed by her eclectic interests, her love for writing and the obstacles she faced growing up as an Italian-Ivorian child in Italy, Celine fully embraced GRIOT’s cause in the trailblazing attempt of challenging the representation of cultural diversity in Italian mainstream media. Celine also produces electronic music by the name Ehua.
