Responsibility on redesigning and improving Quotemehappy motor and home journeys for both mid-term alternations to existing customers and new business to acquire on-boarding. It’s the first-time redesign since the platforms’ launch. Working closely with CX, operation and engineering teams, to deliver UX design of web and mobile apps.
Have also worked on a brand new insurance product targets in young generation and unban renters. Responsibilities included driving user-centered design process, from conceptualisation, UX design to prototyping and improvement.
