Chad is a Service Designer with a background in U/X and Product Design. She specialises in tackling complex business problems, drawing valuable insights through a broad range of ethnographic research techniques to form innovative, business ready solutions.
After receiving a scholarship in 2013 which led to completing a Master’s in Service Design Innovation at University of the Arts London – LCC, Chad has explored human centred methodologies in depth. She has come from a multiple award winning Digital Design Agency, putting her hand to using Data Science and using lean U/X to shape requirements with product owners and users, thus collaborating with development teams to ensure it all makes technical sense. This dovetails well with co-creation and co-designing with users and business owners to deliver highly customised brand experiences at every point of interaction.
