Marketing Coordinator
I coordinate all the marketing for Pound Arts as an organisation. This includes the arts centre’s year round programmes, two festivals a year and the Rural Arts Touring scheme in Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. I work closely with the Director to create distinct brochures for each strand of work, lead on strategies for marketing effectively (including PR) and develop audiences (with particular responsibility for corporate relations through the Business Friends scheme). I have instigated new approaches to digital marketing for the organisation, and built partnerships, e.g with Corsham TV, to enhance this. I manage the marketing budget for the organisation, and oversee the work of staff and volunteers within this area. My role within the team is full time.

Other duties include:
-Box office sales (and use of box office database for analytics)

In charge of all ticket sales (over the counter and web based), I was responsible for the day to day running of the Box Office, selling, promoting shows, giving excellent customer service, encouraging new audiences and managing the Friends membership scheme.
I worked closely with the Marketing and Development Manager to ensure all ticket sales were accounted and reported to management. I was responsible for creating new season’s events for sale and Box Office personnel including rotas and shift patterns
