Supporting Team Leaders in managing their teams of Science Communicators. • Managing workload and priorities on a daily basis: solving logistical problems and undertaking any preparations needed. Liaising with the management team, production team and third-party organisations who work to deliver the festival; including the local event management agency and local Front of House agency. Support and deputise for Staff Manager where necessary. • Regularly visiting activity spaces, checking for any issues with content, team management or production.
