About me
Hi, My name is Charles. I am an aspiring Artist and Film maker, looking for work in any kind of Creative industry where my skill set might be useful. I have been in full time education up until last Summer and have completed a BA (hons) Fine Art Degree. Since then, i have worked on a number of film/advertising projects as, either part of the production team or, as a runner. I am now looking to continue gaining experience in the creative industry, either through short or long term employment. Work history
    Runner & Assistant Director

    For this job, i was part of the Production team filming the advert and online content for the upcoming 'Bend it like Beckham' - the Musical. During this job, i was tasked with co-ordinating over 50 actors as we filmed on the streets of Southall (West London).
    Runner & Assistant Director

    Between August and December of 2014 i was part of the production team filming both 'The Rise of The Krays' and 'The Fall of the Krays'. During this time i learnt to work in an extremely pressured environment, working 14 hours a day, 6-7 days a week.

Education
    BA Fine ART Painting

    Last summer i finished my degree at City and Guilds of London School of Art, leaving with a BA HONOURS in Fine Art and Painting.
    Foundation Diploma in Art and Design
     - 
    Before completing my degree in Fine Art Painting, i completed a 1 year foundation course at Central Saint Martins. I enjoyed my time their greatly and believe that i gained a lot for spending a year in a fashion driven environment.
Awards
    National Open Art Competition (Young Artist of the Year)
    In 2010 i was selected from over 10,000 entrants as the winner of the National Open Art Competition. My winning work was the final piece of a project focussed on identity and isolation.
