• Working closely with the Regional Brand Manager and Product Manager on a spectrum of branding, digital, content marketing, POS solutions and sales activities. • Attending PR events and trade shows as a Bosch ambassador. • Supporting new product launches through collating and analysing marketing data from GFK, pulling presentations together and presenting to Key Account Managers. • Working closely with the National Account Managers and their placement students to provide online marketing content for Amazon, B&Q, Argos and Screwfix, to support existing products, but also new product launches. • Copywriting, preparing content for brochures, leaflets, working to maximize in-store brand experience to end consumers. • Working with the external design agency to prepare and manufacture the 2015 POS stands. Following this I coordinated the distribution and implementation of the stands into traditional trade stores around the UK. • Frequently liaising and meeting with our PR agency to review KPI’s and to discuss the development and coordination of our integrated marketing campaigns. • Successfully managed and allocated POS stock using SAP software, in order to make room for new POS to go in the warehouse, helping to reduce storage overheads. • Proofreading press releases before being released.
• Worked closely and communicated effectively with the website designers at Thought by Design to bring the company website together. • Uploaded products to the e-commerce website and utilised Photoshop to edit and resize photos/logos from catalogues. • Preparing mock-up visualisations for clients using Google Sketch-Up Pro.
• Provided ad-hoc and admin support to the buyers of the Home Accessories department. • Involved with meeting suppliers to discuss potential ideas for the Autumn/Winter candle range. • Participated in creating retail ‘mock shops’. This involved supporting the buyers with product placement suggestions. • Witnessed first-hand the significance of performance reviewing via company presentations whereby I developed an understanding of corporate goals and strategies.
