      • Role to support the senior designers with the creation of graphics for the menswear collection - including placement prints, repeat patterns, branding, trend research and presentation. Quickly establishing myself as an authority on youth trends I was given the opportunity to present to the senior leadership team. Within my first month of employment, I was tasked with looking after kids and homeware graphics alongside my menswear duties. Gained knowledge of retail strategy through working closely with the men's design and buying teams. Consistently creating print-ready graphics, sending them directly to the suppliers for samples.

      • Liaising with multiple artists, sponsorships, advertisers and commercial printers over the duration of the program to ensure each show met Bene’s level of professionalism. Heading up the introduction of local DJ talent to the event line up to allow for maximum exposure of Birmingham artists at each event. -In charge of designing the online and print material to advertise each show, I learnt the importance of brand continuity to attract and maintain audiences. After three months of successful shows including local talent, we began to branch out to include international artists to the exhibition line-up. My skills in direction, organisation and live event requirements developed as each event grew in scale - meaning that by the end of the series I could confidently organise, sponsor and promote live events.
