Responsibilities include: Event Management • Collating guest lists for events, ensuring that these were constantly revised and maintained • Drafting invitations and all event materials • Managing RSVP lists • Organising all in house client dinners for the Chairman • Organising high level Group Board Meetings Personal Assistant: • Managing demanding personal and business diaries • Managing all personal & business travel in the UK as well as internationally • Liaising with the Chairman’s television production teams • Overseeing all public speaking engagement bookings • Invoicing clients for all the Chairman’s fees • Organising high level private, political and business dinners & board meetings
Responsibilities include: Press Officer • Drafting all company press releases, prior to sign off from the Managing Director of the business • Collating and circulating all press coverage within the business • Maintaining records of all press coverage • Designing and drafting the content of all company marketing materials • Successfully preparing and submitting high profile industry award entries • Marketing & social media Personal Assistant • Managing demanding personal and business diaries • Managing all personal & business travel in the UK as well as internationally • Liaising with high profile clients • Overseeing all public speaking engagement bookings • Organising interviews and high level board meetings • Assisting with the design of corporate literature and website management
Responsibilities include: • Assisting clients within the gallery and externally at art fairs across the country • Liaising with the artists regarding their work, notifying them of all sales • Working to demanding sales targets, frequently exceeding these • Coordinating international deliveries to clients and art fairs • Researching and identifying new artists who could potentially exhibit within the Gallery
