- MONK BARThe brief : create a classic and luxurious identity and menus for Monk Bar, the drinking tavern that "perfects the art of classic mixology". My response is complied through a combination of 16th century art references, the dark colour scheme airs a sense of luxury and expense - where as the clean and classic serif typeface adds a touch of modernism.

I was employed as Heston’s first ever creative designer at his three Michelin Star restaurant, the Fat Duck.
During my time at the restaurant I assisted the waiting staff to enhance the guests dining experience through the use of personalised trinkets and gifts. In addition to these duties I was also been required to create visual pieces that are presented alongside several dishes.
