  • At Henchman I have worked across a couple of teams, allowing me to become familiar with a few aspects of the company. I started off working as a Marketing Executive and then settled into my current position as Account Manager. My responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining relationships between Henchman and all of our partners (restaurants and retailers). • First point of contact for all of our partners. Making sure I respond to their requests in a timely, professional manner and I ensure these requests are met and surpassed. • Cold calling; selling the Henchman concept to potential new restaurants and retailers. • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the app content and collections. • Social media and community management across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook • I was involved in two full PR/marketing campaigns (OnePlus and Customer satisfaction surveys). • Working with partners, liaising with their marketing teams to create restaurant or retail store specific marketing activities and brand identities for partners in app. • Managing staff members, through installations and team training days. • Newsletter content contribution/editorial • Worked with designers and clients to build marketing collateral for in app, digital and offline marketing.
