At Cult Beauty I work within a small Customer Service team. This position has given me the opportunity to sharpen my excellent communication skills as well as develop my organisational, written and verbal skills. My role in building strong relationships with customers and clients is a function that is essential to the business. My knowledge of multiple brands and understanding of the Beauty industry has enabled me to assist customers with their specific concerns via email, social media and telephone. I have developed my administration skills as well as my knowledge of Microsoft, E-commerce and CRM programmes. Taking part in brand training has enabled me to broaden my extensive knowledge of current brands to stay on top of and observe current trends in the industry.
I successfully developed training material used to train new sales advisors and also delivered the training, I travelled to the new stores in a number of European countries and the USA to assist with store openings and press events. I was also involved with product development on a regular basis. The product development team was based at the head office in Sweden and I travelled there frequently. I gained valuable and beneficial experience in the timeline and process of new product development.
