Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing: • Assisting the Global Head of Marketing. Travel arrangements, meeting coordination and project work. • Social Media Community Manager – Managing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Overseeing an Instagram project to increase followers to 40,000+. Producing a quarterly report for the company. • Marketing and event planning. Assisting our Events Executive based in Monaco in planning and managing events. Coordinating our presence at yacht shows worldwide – our biggest being the Monaco Yacht Show. • Management of the company’s marketing plan and budget. Assisting in managing costing’s for production and distribution of marketing collateral. • Creating personalised itineraries and mailers for clients using InDesign. Creating and implementing templates using brand guidelines for producing yacht marketing reports and yacht brochures. Operations: • Assisting the Chief Operations Officer. Diary management, travel arrangements, expenses and tax returns. • Management of COO’s emails. In his absence being first port of call for enquiries. Approving certain documents to be sent company wide. • Working with COO with on-going projects. The closure of our Montenegro, Kiev and St Petersburg offices was entirely my responsibility. • In charge of recruitment for junior staff and assisted in the recruitment of senior brokers. • Managing our receptionists and house keeping.
