Multi functional role, dealing with all aspects of a small growing brand, from design work and production to client facing roles. Creating the entire initial drawings for the designs, linesheets and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, as well as Photoshop when needed for editing images. I am also very involved within production, preparing everything needed such as fabric, trimmings, quantities and quality control along with regular visits to all our manufacturers. Regularly attending trade shows, completing trend research and sourcing new manufacturers. Administration duties include Owner’s diary management, Trip organization, regular stock counts, allocation, pattern locations, fabric and trimming quantities, as well as many administrational duties, extensive use of Excel and minute taking Most recently my Illustrations for our AW14 collection were published in October 2014’s issue of US Instyle magazine.
My role consisted of many different aspects, Social Media, Photoshop, design work, maintaining & updating the brand Website, Invoicing, creating look books, attending tradeshows, dealing with high profile clients, completing orders as well as customer service and assisting with the expansion of the brand. Diary management and dealing with all enquiries was a large part of my role.
Assisting with the daily running of the showroom, dealing with Buyer’s needs and requests. Largely Office admin based role which included finalizing orders and checking for accuracy, along with creating new training and image packs. Minute taking and Extensive use of Excel.
