• Overseeing new the Facilities Management team and managing the receptionist and admin assistant • PA support to the General Manager • Booking travel for the London office - flights, accommodation, trains, ground transportation, and arranging VISAs • Accounts Payable – processing/paying supplier invoices, staff expenses, reconciling credit cards and other accounts. Assisting with the transition from London to Frankfurt. • Office administration tasks including; departmental recharging, updating databases, and creating new streamlined systems • Looking for ways to improve and update day-to-day work environment (research and go to tender for new contracts should we be unhappy) • Health and Safety – awareness of PAT testing, DSE training and identifying potential H&S risk factors
• Helping to organise and arrange upcoming events • Processing invoices • Arranging travel itineraries/calendars for major Poker Tournaments • Data entry
