    I joined Juro in November 2021 as a Business Development Representative. Juro is a fast growing legal tech start up, providing SaaS to scaling businesses who need to streamline their contract workflows.     I returned to AOK Events Group event agency in February 2019 as a Venue Consultant within the ‘wefindvenues’ team; before moving into the ‘AOK Creative’ team in January 2020 to become the creative event teams dedicated Venue Consultant. This move enabled me to work on larger, more complex briefs for clients such as Innocent, Lyst, LinkedIn and Investec and grow my account management exposure with high profile projects. Day to day, my role responsibilities included: • Communicating with clients to qualify new leads and take event briefs. Having a professional and thorough conversation ensured that I’m able to gain all the necessary information needed to build a full picture of the requirements. I then develop these briefs to create proposals for clients to recommend venues that meet their brief and budget. Using the Microsoft suite, I build cost estimates on Excel and venue proposals on PowerPoint. • Maintaining fantastic account management with my top-end suppliers, to ensure that we work together effectively to win business. These relationships also enable me to negotiate competitive rates for my clients and trust the service that I am proposing. I feel confident having difficult conversations with the venue on behalf of the client to get the right end result. • Growing client accounts by meeting with the clients regularly to discuss new ideas, projects and understand how we can help them bring their ideas to life. • Continually growing and enhancing my venue knowledge of not only London, but across the globe. I attend industry events to learn about new venue openings, updates and general trends within the industry, as well as regularly visiting venues to see the event spaces and bedrooms. I travel globally to learn about incentive travel opportunities and build new relationships with international suppliers and venues. • Successfully managing my time to support various members of the busy events team across a varied portfolio of events. Having multiple live enquiries, I have learned the importance of prioritizing and effective time management to confidently multi-task across projects. • Working closely with the marketing team to write and produce the quarterly newsletter which showcases the latest venue openings that we think our clients will want to know about. I also write blogs on FAM trips and abroad site visits for the website and social media channels and create content for the wefindvenues Instagram.
