• UK Program Manager for the ‘Amazon Licensed Brands’ program - a new project which focused on introducing innovative methods for working with third-party sellers and manufacturers to source selection for Private Brands, Amazon’s rapidly growing own label business.
• Worked closely with the EU-based leadership team to design the program structure, processes, and policies for the UK program.
• Designed and implemented the UK seller recruitment strategy, including goal setting, lead qualification, lead sourcing and pipeline management (via Astro/Salesforce), as well as utilizing internal teams to streamline the seller/manufacturer recruitment process.
• Qualified and worked closely with strategic sellers and manufacturers to bring their production expertise to the program.
• Responsible for all UK program and seller recruitment reporting- building decks and writing and presenting the commentary for weekly and monthly business reviews.
Partner Manager/Key Account ManagerAmazon

• Managed a portfolio of 40 existing strategic third-party sellers to help grow their Amazon business’s through the UK SFP program. During the peak (Christmas) period I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues for this cohort to improve processes and ensure full-year targets were not impacted on a program-level.
• Allocated an additional pipeline of strategic sellers to recruit, successfully onboarding several high potential e-commerce brands onto the program.
• UK seller recruitment POC for Amazon’s internal carrier, Amazon Shipping - worked closely with senior stakeholders across teams to take in-house and seller feedback to improve carrier processes and features. Designed and owned weekly recruitment reporting for this carrier. Built the first Amazon Shipping seller on-boarding SOP which has been successfully adopted by both the SFP and Amazon Shipping Seller recruitment teams.
• Organized and attended client meetings with key global Amazon stakeholders to identify areas where the business could be pushed forward for the mutual benefit of both parties – the bridge between the sellers and the product teams.
• Designed and managed the weekly seller recruitment pipeline reporting for the UK SFP program. Rolled this out EU-wide to ensure reporting was aligned across marketplaces (FR, IT, and DE).
• Team social secretary, managing the annual social budget and organizing quarterly events.
