My role within London 2012 involved working with the Games Makers leading up to the Olympic Games. Responsible for quality control of the correspondence between LOCOG call agents, Games Makers and general public enquiries. My Games Time role promoted me to a member of the public enquiries escalation team, working closely with various team members of all levels to ensure successful and seamless outcomes from the escalated enquiries.
