Working as part of the digital team at M&S.com where I am accountable for the Womenswear online product imagery and content. • Managing the delivery of product Content and Imagery per seasonal phase, contributing towards key high profile campaign launches for the Womenswear category across all M&S.com channels; website, mobile and tablet • Liaising with studio suppliers, offshore counterparts and sourcing offices worldwide to work in line with a strict critical path. Regularly reporting into our Trading teams on the growth of KPIs, engaging key stakeholder management throughout • Working closely with Marketing, Site Merchandising and Trading teams within the category to help build the personality of the M&S brand and to continuously develop the customer journey.

My role within London 2012 involved working with the Games Makers leading up to the Olympic Games. Responsible for quality control of the correspondence between LOCOG call agents, Games Makers and general public enquiries. My Games Time role promoted me to a member of the public enquiries escalation team, working closely with various team members of all levels to ensure successful and seamless outcomes from the escalated enquiries.
