About me
An English graduate with highly developed oratory, written and presentational skills, with a strong analytic eye for detail. This skill set was heightened throughout my degree. I have strong customer service skills, and developed interpersonal skills from numerous customer facing roles, and therefore am a friendly, relatable person. I uphold a vested interest in health and fitness, and it is in this sector I am currently employed, and am seeking further employment.
Work history
    Store Manager
    Started as retail assistant in the Soho store, promoted to Manager of the Broadgate store in September 2015. Developing and implementing organisational structures to keep stock checking readily available, and create clear comparison between working weeks. Communicating with the Central team to produce new products reflective of market trends. Helping create social media content and develop local marketing schemes to further PRESS’ social media presence and create a larger brand awareness. Organising my team and the store so everything adhered to health and safety and was done to the best of our abilities. Building up rapport with all our regular customers, getting to know them and their orders so we could efficiently serve them as well as put a smile on their face. Communicate effectively with messages from the Central team, whether I was giving the feedback, or they were feeding back to me about my staff. I started work at 06.45 every weekday, to open at 7. Time keeping is essential for a shop as it cannot open late, for any reason. I also did the store’s ordering, food, drink, packaging, cleaning products, which had to be done by a certain time on a daily basis. Writing end of day reports daily, making sure these were sent on time with all correct information.

    This two week position was working in a large warehouse, sorting out pallets of returned and damaged stock, creating and implementing organisational structures, adhering to strict health and safety rules, and being an ambassador for BrandAlley.
