  • In my current role of HR Manager, I am the first point of contact within the HR department where I provide full HR generalist services to 150 employees including staff in Head Office, 11 Clinics nationwide and the London Hospital. I am currently due to embark on a CIPD course this coming January for 1 year, whereby at the end of 2016 I will be a qualified HR consultant. As the sole individual within HR, I am responsible for overseeing all information and implementing all changes within this department. I manage all HR related queries/tasks including general HR Process & Administration, Employee Relations, Training and Recruitment and Selection Process. I also control the monthly payroll spreadsheet whereby I respond to have strict monthly submission deadlines and respond to any payroll queries. With this level of responsibility for a company of this size, I report directly to the Managing Director. With this, a huge part of my role was supporting and performing PA duties. I was responsible for coordinating the effective running of the HR department as well as the MD’s diary which involved tasks such as diary management, booking travel, organising meetings and scheduling audits. I enjoyed both parts of my role as I like pushing myself to achieve and succeed - which I did. I am a positive, passionate and highly distinctive individual who prides herself on delivering in any task presented. Working within HR, I feel I am an approachable individual with the ability to build strong trusted relationships through a professional but personable approach as well as delivering excellent informed HR advice. With a high and positive energy, I have the ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment.
