Assist the director on all logistical and technical needs of the film shoot (booking catering, location scouting, transport, communication with key shareholders...) Manage and produce time capture & log sheets for every shot. Produce and update daily call sheets, shot lists and shot schedules.
‘Open for Business’ A site-specific immersive theatrical experience. Devise, compose, and conceive the production in collaboration with each company member. Assist the designers and directors with all the logistics, admin and organisational elements of the show. Liaise with the venue, company and production manager on venue access queries and challenges.
Toi Film Series I Premiere. Liaise with the venue (The Embassy Theatre) regarding the logistics of the event. Carry out all audiovisual tests for the film and solve any problems related to this prior to the premiere. Devise and implement a marketing plan for the event. Welcome and assist all VIP guests.
Support the Golightly team in their daily admin and showroom tasks. Assist the production team for the SS16 Marrimekko presentation at the Sydney Opera House. Pack in, curate and pack out the AW16 collections at the Golightly headquarters for press ?showings.
Manage and process the production budget. Oversee all the logistics, technicalities and organisation of the production in collaboration with the venue; The National Library of New Zealand. Produce, update and distribute contracts, budgets and all documents related to the event, to the appropriate staff. Act as the first point of contact to the company for all enquiries regarding venue, production schedules and the artistic director’s diary. Devise weekly production meeting; distribute and action production meeting minutes to the company. Emplace a Health & Safety plan and Hazard Identification document for each part of the venue used in performance; ensure the company complies with these documents at each rehearsal and performance.
Assist the director with the daily tasks of the festival office (programming, couriers, emails...) Communicate with the sponsors of each event on their obligations, contracts and any logistics. Schedule and action itineraries for each Wellington event. Book and collaborate with external contractors (caterers, performers, volunteers) to ensure a smooth realisation and running of each event.
Support the CIEL PR team with any admin and showroom tasks during New Zealand Fashion Week. Collaborate with the artistic director of UNDERGOUND SS15 on the pack in, curation and pack out of the event. Assist the production team for the SS15 Lucy McIntosh presentation.
