Identifying the market opportunity; driving best in class brand practice; and creating industry-leading integrated campaigns or brand creation. Turning around footfall and returning Ann Summers to profitable trading with a £5million swing in profit, I was part of the team that created challenger beauty brand, Illamasqua. Growing the cult British “Cool Brand” from one to over 300 global locations.
