Designer, photographer and in my spare time, sign writer.
I am employed by The Express Newspapers where I work as a graphic designer and artworker. Alongside this I have numerous freelance jobs in design, helping companies with branding, rebranding, website design and lots more. I also work alongside another photographer, Joe Lang, shooting commercial and fashion photography. Our website is www.joeandcharlotte.co.uk
I'm a creative, outgoing person who is interested in working on lot of fun new projects. In my spare time I love to do sign writing.
Projects
- Fruli Web DesignFruli, the strawberry beer brand, wanted a redesign of their website to bring it up to date and make it much more exciting and appealing for a wider audience. As the website does not have a lot of content I kept the design simple but added animations to each page. I focused mainly on the ingredients of the beer as this is it's USP.
- Pastiche Cakes and FlowersPastiche Cakes and Flowers are a new company run by 2 sisters, bringing together the art of cakes and flowers for all occasions. I created the brand from scratch, this including logo, website and all photography. They wanted to have a slightly different feel to the other similar companies in this industry so we gave the look and feel slightly more mood and edge. The photography was the focus to draw people in and the brand just needed to accompany this in a simple but elegant way.
