As Football Events Assistant my role is office based up until May after which a great deal of travel across the UK will be involved - assisting with the delivery of the unique ‘Live The Dream’ events at football stadiums throughout the UK. During the events I am required to be a main point of contact for our partner clubs and customers on the day, along with being a key member of the team with the logistical set up and delivery of our events. As a main point of contact for the Football Events Team and our partner clubs I must be able to ensure that relationships with clubs and suppliers are maintained and developed. Office based duties include administration and planning for our events, updating and creating spreadsheets with sales and member information, arranging hospitality, sourcing equipment and liaising with and co-ordinating volunteers. This is a very busy role where you need to be able to manage and prioritise your workload and be prepared to use your initiative and take ownership of your responsibilities.
