General Creative Manager for Philip Morris Brands Managing a creative team of 8 people specialized on BTL, Direct Marketing, Special Executions, Packaging Design and Innovations. Part of the creative work and presentations developed by Carlos team for Marlboro, L&M and other PM brands, was selected as Best Practices for the region and used for many countries around the world. Carlos was also responsible for all the creative developments for Canon Mexico products and Aceite Capullo (canola oil). During his three years in Leo México, he was invited to take part of special creative projects and key presentations like two big regional creative pitches for DIAGEO and Goodyear and creative developments for Sony Ericsson as well.
