  • •Artist and exhibition management of contemporary artists, represented by Halcyon Gallery; Working primarily with artists, Lorenzo Quinn, Mitch Griffiths and Russell Young, as well as Simon Gudgeon and Mauro Perucchetti. Managing the artwork, liaising with corresponding foundries, suppliers and framers, designing and executing curation and exhibition design, installation and de-installation of exhibitions, participation in art fairs (local and abroad), point of contact for both the artists and gallery staff, assisting with client appointments and commissions, schedule management, travel arrangements, art related enquiries, research and development, liaison with the gallery pre- and post-sales teams, operations and gallery sales consultants •Responsible for social and media based text, website text, presentation and proposals documents, Press Releases, biographies, essays and Forewords •Organisation and overseeing of major public, large-scale sculpture installations both locally and abroad •Working cooperatively with charities and philanthropic organisations such as The Royal Fellowship and Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, The Happy Hearts Fund, Elephant Family, Andiamo, Sunrise K’ Foundation, The Royal Parks Hyde Park Education Centre and others, by way of donating and auctioning existing artwork to raise funds, working with the artists to create bespoke works for events and awards, permanently/temporarily placing public works to help initiate fundraising campaigns, etc. •Event participation and supervision, including exhibition openings and philanthropic auctions and events; roles include artist and client liaison, supervising artwork, etc. Clients have included important VIPs, ambassadors and dignitaries, celebrities and members of the UK Royal Family •Travel undertaken to artist’s studios and events to represent/support Halcyon Gallery, artists and APM team, both locally and internationally •Responsible for sourcing and selecting new contemporary artists for single gallery shows or permanent representation, new art research, art market analysis, etc. •Collaborative and flexible attitude essential, working with clients and colleagues across all areas of the business including Directors, artists, clients, Marketing and Research teams, Graphic design team, Operations, Sales and external contractors, suppliers, and organisations in order to achieve goals •Previous gallery roles included PA and administrative support to the American Chairman and Gallery President
