My position as the Creative Studio Manager at a boutique Creative Agency has been very versatile. I have had the accountability for managing projects as well as studio administration and the opportunity to work on an in-house marketing project. Digital Project Management duties: - Sourcing developers, organising resources and briefing the team. - Creating time plans and signing off digital specifications. - Repeatedly monitoring progress and keeping the team on schedule to meet set milestones. - Constantly communicating with our clients by sending daily/weekly reviews and efficiently responding to client requests. - Making sure digital projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations. Marketing duties: - Working alongside our Marketing Executive to implement a marketing strategy for the launch of our in-house iOS application. - Sourcing and visiting groups to promote and introduce the app. - Building strong relationships with well-known ambassadors to represent the app via social media, scheduling phone calls and meetings. - Conducting thorough research through online surveys and face-to-face interviews. - Planning an event as part of the first phase of our marketing plan.
