Currently I'm Commissioning Editor for features at BuzzFeed UK, where I work with freelance and staff writers as well as editorial fellows to develop personal essays and culture features.

- Longform Content Commissioned and Edited for BuzzFeed UKWhen commissioning, I consider how any given pitch might appeal to our audience as well as bring in new audiences. Follwoing on, I work closelt with writers to bring ideas to fruition, focusing on exploring the author's unique identity and experience with the topic, while maintaining a sense of BuzzFeed's tone and principles. Recent successful pieces tend to focus on young women's experience have ranged in topic from mental and physical health to cultural identity to experiences of friendship to career journeys.
