  • The position of Senior Merchandising Manager is a key leadership role within the Maybelline and Essie team. The position oversees all permanent activity including remerches, new stand development and rollouts across both brands, as well as promotional representation of the brand instore. It is the interface between our business and agencies including the production, design and field merchandisers as well as the responsibility for the showcase of our brand at the consumer's point of purchase which is absolutely critical to our sales. Managing a team of four this role reports into the Head of Merchandising.

  • My role at Circle Square evolved from Project/Account Manager level, to being promoted to Account Director in early 2014. The role involved the management of various accounts in the design, production and implementation of retail spaces, pop up shops and brand retail guidelines; brands including, Haig Club, Hendricks, Glenfiddich, Beats, Estee Lauder, Cadbury, Toblerone, Milka, Oreo & Daim.
