Hello. I thought it’d be useful to get to know each other and give you a brief overview on my career. I am currently freelancing as a marketing consultant, for various companies supporting brand guardianship, digital support, SEO, copywriting and social media management. I am also starting to assist as a photographer on weddings, birthday parties and trying to step into the world of photography on a professional level. Previous to this, I was Head of Marketing at a tech start company, and restaurant delivery partner, Take Eat Easy. This went into insolvency in August 2016 due to lack of funding. During my time there, I launched the brand from scratch into the London market. The main focus was driving customer acquisition through various ATL and BTL channels. Creating engaging content and pulling the right levers at the right time were key to the success of growth. Here I was able to put my stamp on a new brand, developing the tone of voice as well as taking on an entrepreneurial approach to marketing. I moved on to here from being Marketing Manager at Gordon Ramsay Group. I joined the team there in 2012 and launched their online gift voucher store, generating near to £500,000 of sales within a six week campaign. My role was very much focused on driving covers into the London collection of restaurants, brand guardianship, CRM, as well as supporting and launching three openings along the way. The O2, was where I learnt how to really manage a brand, as Brand Marketing Manager, and working closely with the creative agencies, I was responsible for all the artwork, signage and collateral that was produced for the venue. It’d be silly not to mention my experience at Goodwood, a luxury sporting estate nestled in West Sussex. There’s no other place where you can find motor sport, horse racing, golf, flying, all at the highest level. There I spent five years as Marketing Executive, gaining a broad range of skills, from print and production through to event management.
