  • I assisted the Senior Account Director with developing experiential activations and the implementation of shopper and promotional marketing campaigns. I managed the launch of Cadbury’s first front of store five day experiential for their new product Goo Heads, unlocking shelf space within 72 JS Sainsbury’s stores. Responsibilities: • Stakeholder Management- Day to day client liaison. Be the main point of contact for client briefings. I managed a large number of both internal and external stakeholders right through to delivery, working closely with a large variety of teams from the in-house design studio to the brand and marketing teams on both client accounts • Project Planning- Produce timing plans, identify key milestones aligned to the client brief. Budget management, allocating resource and updating status reports using efficient systems and agency processes • Logistic Management with third parties and for a geographically dispersed team-I arranged regular team/cross agency meetings and facilitated these, virtually and in-person, including defining meeting requirements, confirming the agenda and venue selection • Created detailed design and creative briefs for in-house studio team and external agencies and vendors • Managed artworkers, designers, installation teams and printers to reach shared goals and deliver client brief • Finance Management- Cost breakdown and quoting, working with the finance team to track expenses; raise and process purchase orders and invoices. Manage POS print and installation budgets up to 80K as per brief • Provided innovative POS solutions for blockbuster launches and ideas to support campaigns and drive ROS (Rate of Sale)

  • As an Account Executive, I worked across three separate departments to support the development of creative concepts for brand accounts: Client Services, Strategy and Marketing. • Correspond with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications to ensure their account activity is fully aligned with the needs of their briefs. Plan brand activations and digital campaigns. I manag each stage of the implementation process to ensure all campaign material is approved and delivered to schedule. I orchestrated a product launch party and opened a three day pop up shop to launch a new digital space, Wray’s Yard Shop. This maximised product sales within two weeks of launch leading to 4,000 sales, double the anticipated target. • Created action plans including content plans for social media to ensure effective communication with brands and their target market. • Managed brand communities on social media and the content that is distributed across accounts.I successfully boosted the organic Instagram following of Koko Kanu account by 1300 within a month and a half. • Monitored social media campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram and ensure statistics remain in line with set KPI ’s. • Prepared sponsored posts and liaise with the creative team to ensure content meets specification for optimum engagement ahead of campaign roll out. • Formulated social media reports of accounts and turn informed data into actionable consumer insight. Using Google analytics, I identified a new target market for Wray & Nephew, ‘Music
