  • • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions, conduct research to establish target audiences and to maintain awareness of activity in other arts venues. Take the lead on promoting the event L’Oracolo in Messenia by international ensemble Europa Galante. • Update the Barbican website and provide digital content for Barbican newsletters and social media. • Coordinate the proofing of all marketing communications including season brochures. • Communicate with external promoters/artists to gain access to all relevant materials to support marketing campaigns. • Liaise with the Data Marketing Executive to develop data briefs for any mailings and ensure all events are appropriately coded. • Provide reports on campaign performance using a variety of reporting software packages such as ENTA. • In charge of general administration duties such as raising purchase orders, sourcing quotes for print production and organising delivery, raising invoices and keeping budgets up to date.

  • • Wrote a project proposal in order to create a new Youth Orchestra in Islington. • Pitched the project to a board of trustees and secured £5000 funding. • Designed the programmes for the Music First concert in Hackney Wick.
