About me
Textiles Design student at Arts University Bournemouth, keen to learn new skills and techniques en route to a career in designing surface patterns for fashion/interiors. Drawing is an important feature of my work, and a passion I have developed throughout my course, leading me to specialise in both digital and hand print. I also have experience working part-time for major high street retailers such as Topshop and New Look, in addition to a local fabric shop. This has strengthened my customer service skills and ability to work in a team, whilst providing me with an introduction to the commercial side of textiles design and production. I have a strong work ethic; my skills and portfolio work led me to win multiple awards at Worthing College and to be shortlisted for the Batsford Prize 2018 Applied Art category as well as showcasing my designs at Premier Vision Paris and London Print Fair with the Arts University Bournemouth.

When the brightly coloured coral die they are stripped of their colour and go completely white, they may appear beautiful but are haunting
