About me

Currently I am working at ao.com as the Customer Review Manager. In this role I manage the review team whilst also being involved with social media campaigns and brand projects. At the moment I am managing the activation of brand projects and making sure we are using partnerships to their full potential. Last year I worked with an external Manchester based agency in creating national TV adverts for ao. This involved traveling across the UK representing ao.com and meeting customers and clients, deciding who would feature in our TV advert’s and planning the TV advert to the finest detail. I am very proud to be able to say I have cast and organised 16 TV adverts for ao. Before starting at ao.com, I was able to gain knowledge on how to create marketing campaigns through studying Fashion and Brand Promotion, in which I now hold a degree. My dissertation was based on Coca Cola where I created a full marketing campaign for them and achieved a first in my creative dissertation. I am looking to continue to pursue a challenging and rewarding career in an interesting and fast paced work environment. I have excellent customer service and sales skills due to my past roles and I am organised and motivated to do my best in everything I do. I have just received my Duke of Edinburgh Gold Business award at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh. The award included volunteering, skill development and physical challenges. My final expedition saw me and my group wild camp and canoe across Edinburgh finishing in the Loch Ness. This 2 year experience is one of the achievements I am most proud of. Now that this is completed and I have accepted my award at the palace I am excited to find out what my next adventure is.
