Working as a Client Account Manager, my current role sees me managing over 100 key accounts which are crucial to the business. Overseeing some of the teams largest profitable accounts, it is vital that I exceed my clients expectations on a daily basis to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction is achieved. Looking for ways to upsell and increase sales revenue • Nurturing some of the larger events and clients for the business to maintain a strong working relationship, supporting the growth of TW and ensuring client satisfaction is retained at all levels for repeat business • Ownership of event on – sales and cancelled and altered events and feeding crucial information to the relevant teams • Review deal sheets and contractual information including service charges and fees • Maximise retail potentials by monitoring ticket inventories • Offering the highest level of customer service for both internal and external parties • Represent at the pipeline meeting for TW to liaise across the departments key on- sales for the business and the impact it may have • Maintaining teamwork with colleagues across the business, marketing, sales, finance and PR. Strong working relationships are crucial for my role • Plan and manage box offices on event days and festivals • Produce a monthly report for client sales activity and present back to the business • Produce a client report after my key client events such as Field Day and Winterville which are the largest for TW – review lessons learnt and marketing strategies and ways to increase ticket sales for future event
Working as an Events Account Manager I was part of a small team working on Live Music Strategy, Exhibitions and Live Events at the venue. I worked closely with the Operations Manager and the Sales Manager in helping to negotiation new pieces of business and then overseeing events from start to finish. In this role I built up key relationships with clients to ensure their needs were met and exceed their expectations. Managing profit and loss statements to deliver the highest revenue possible. Continually working on strategies to expand the organization and think creatively on how to deliver new and exciting projects. Working as part of an extremely small and close team, this role gave me a overall oversight into working in a demanding and fast paced organization and a greater understanding of working within a venue.
