My role at the National Autistic Society involves managing content across the main site, as well as seven individual autism specialist school sites, specialising in Business As Usual content.
Through my role I worked on both Sitecore and Kentico CMS, which involved some HTML to edit the soft code of the websites. Aside from BAU, my role also included email marketing in Dotmailer and creating paid adverts across a range of social media platforms.
As part of my role, I used Google Analytics and heat mapping to monitor site engagement and make insights and content recommendations based on this.

I worked as an administrator before travelling in 2020. Here I successfully managed and updated large electronic and hard copy filing systems. It required thorough organisation and assembly of course files and assessment material ahead of schedule.
I Invigilated a variety of tests at a professional standard with a broad knowledge of awarding bodies, as well as established good working relationships with clients and exam boards.
Whilst here I also initiated and worked on a re-design of the website.
