About me
I’m Chloe, a creative and innovative brand manager with over nine years experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. I’m passionate about creating a lasting impression among customers and clients and use my excellent communication skills, to develop and maintain working relations ships with those around me. Not only have I successfully built and maintained the brand identity of a new, independent coffee shop over the last three years but I was also heavily involved in the launch of a second store, from interior design, marketing to training a team. I have a passion for copywriting, especially writing product descriptions for food and beverage and love being heavily involved in all aspects of the creative process from conception to fruition, sharing my big ideas and collaborating with like-minded people!   • New store launch - Bru
    New store launch - BruWorking with a designer I helped create the building wrap for the launch of a second store in 2016. They still use this design for launches. I also created an Instagram prop to encourage team members and customers to share their #lovebru moment. I helped create labels for merchandise to be sold in store, including tea and coffee tins. I also wrote the product descriptions.
