Product Development Assistant
- Assisting the Casual Wear Product Developer in developing the seasons collection.
- Assisting the Product Developer in raising and amending purchase orders in line with the live range plan.
- Preparing and assiting in the creation of presentation boards at development stage and in preperation for sign off
- Partaking in daily communication with suppliers ensuring clarity and understanding is met.
- Creating and amending style codes, style maintenance and design sheets on Oasys.
- Working closely with the Product Manager and the Design Team to develop the seasons accessories. As well as, ensuring all accessory orders have been raised.
- Managing all accessories delivered; creating and checking the design packs, CADs, BOMs and agreements on Oasys.
- Checking in and approving accessory seals into Oasys.
- Filing any approved lab dips, swatches, labels and trims.
- Attending weekly intake meetings; highlighting any changes on the tracker that need to be amended on the Critical Path. - Participating in pre production weekly fit sessions.
- Attending weekly trade meetings; preparing the space and pulling the bestsellers for review.
- Handing over product to the photography team; keeping a live document of everything sent and returned.
- Working closely with ecommerce to ensure product styling details are correctly uploaded onto the website.
- Attending weekly flagship store walk through sessions with the Product Development, Design, Merchandise and Visual Merchandise teams; compiling an agreed list of changes to be made on the shop floor display.
- Assisting in the admin and preparation of the Made to Measure launch AW????????.
- Overall organisation of samples in the showroom and preparing meetings.
- Working with the dispatch team to send, receive and track any parcels.
- Completing admin for the Product Developers.
Buyers Admin Assistant

Working closely with various departments: Merchandising, Ecommerse, Press, Photography as well as various Suppliers.
- Ensuring the critical path is up to date and meeting standards set.
- Creating and amending style codes, style maintenance and design sheets.
- Checking and amending the design packs, CADs, BOMs and agreements on Oasys.
- Managing all product delivered; checking various seals into the Oasys system; black seal approving all accessories.
- Raising and amending purchase orders in line with the range plan.
- Attending weekly trade meetings, pulling the bestsellers for review.
- Assisting in the communication with suppliers.
- Handing over product to the photography coordinator for future shoots, keeping a live document of everything sent and returned.
- Over all organisation of samples in the showroom.
- Completing all necessary admin, assisting the Junior Buyer.
