Oasis is the start-up that pioneered the "Home Meets Hotel" concept, combining the quality and service of a hotel with the authenticity and comfort of a private home rental.
Set up and manage all Guest Experience side of Oasis Paris, including:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Prospected & signed agreements with local partners to offer exclusive deals to our Guests
- Built partnerships with concierge providers ranging from food deliverers to tour guides
- Attend network events to pitch Oasis to potential owners, partners and clients
GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Main POC & Concierge for all corporate, leisure and press clients
- Coordinate all check-ins and -outs and tailor welcome to each Guest
- Keep updated on local current events, restaurant/bar openings etc.
- Sell custom concierge packages to suit the needs of the clients
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Implemented standardised cleaning & laundry solution for all homes to reduce costs
- Perform quality checks of all homes before signing off on them
- Manage cleaning staff and organise timetable
