Currently, founder of nibs etc., making delicious snacks and breakfast foods out of ingredients that would otherwise be thrown away, to fight food waste to landfill, and encourage others to do the same by redefining what ‘waste’, is. Objectives: to explore passions for food, travel, quality and sustainability through my work, to build and grow a brand that is innately circular in its model, and to work with innovative, collaborative and diverse people in the process.
