I am an enthusiastic and hard-working individual, striving to ensure that I make a positive impact on the business I am part of and all those working around me.
I love learning on the job and picking up new skills that will help me to develop in my role and to benefit the organisation as a whole.
I am currently responsible for the day to day operations of the Livewell Southwest Academy, and the management of all events, and enjoy seeing the positive impact that the income generated from the training that I coordinate has on the services delivered to the local community. Since my arrival in the Academy, I have helped increase turnover by over 50% and have increased the amount of training / events delivered significantly.
