Marketing Strategy - Interpreting the trends in data and recommending strategies and tactics to help our clients make confident decisions. - Working with our clients to execute changes in strategy, forming part of their marketing team to make a real, measurable difference. Responsible for managing of the end-to-end delivery of both internal database development projects and onboarding new client projects for more2, a leading multi-channel retail agency and consultancy based in London. My role involves the delivery of database developments for some of the largest and successful retailers in the UK and Internationally. Leading more2 Project Office Team - Managing activities and team members within more2 Project Office which included 3 other Project Managers to ensure that onboarding of clients into the business was delivered to project scope. - My role included being a key escalation point for other teams as well as a champion of the project process. My role involves the complete oversight of all web projects within the company from designing websites optimised for conversion and analysis as well as mobile websites. My role also involves management and analysis of PPC and SEO advertising for a number of SMEs.
