    Responsible for managing of the end-to-end delivery of both internal database development projects and onboarding new client projects for more2, a leading multi-channel retail agency and consultancy based in London. My role involves the delivery of database developments for some of the largest and successful retailers in the UK and Internationally. Leading more2 Project Office Team - Managing activities and team members within more2 Project Office which included 3 other Project Managers to ensure that onboarding of clients into the business was delivered to project scope. - My role included being a key escalation point for other teams as well as a champion of the project process. Managing Database Builds for a Single Customer View - Building the project plan in line with PRINCE2 methodology. - Creating the relevant documents, keeping the project on track and ensuring my team and client is kept up to date with progress. - Managing risks and issues Collating Data Sources from Multiple Data Providers - Communicating with third party suppliers of data on behalf of our clients in order succeed in building a database which will support our clients business goals - Align timelines from external parties to project timings at more2 Project Management and Communication - Reporting project updates, key risks and issues to Senior Management (including more2 CEO) on a weekly basis. - Responsible for launching the project internally and ensuring all external key stakeholders are invested in the project. - Management of timings and plans across multiple teams and individuals who are required in order to make the project a success Responsible for the delivery of a high profile international consultancy project for Benefit U.S. to review their data solution.
