About me

As a Drama graduate from Staffordshire University, I have pursued personal and professional interests which allow me to demonstrate my creativity and versatility as an individual. My recent experience working in the film and photography industry has given me the excellent opportunity to develop skills in client management, event organisation and communications. During my 3 years working for the small but thriving family run locations company, I have demonstrated my loyalty and ability to develop trusted and long lasting relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients. I believe this to be one of my biggest strengths. Below is an example of a blog I had written about my position in my current company, for the Department of Culture, Media & Sport (with a twitter following of over 76,000 people). This should outline my creative written abilities. http://dayinthecreativelife.tumblr.com/post/94538793512/chris-battye-studio-manager-at-jj-locations
