  • Defining and leading the digital marketing strategy from planning and strategy to execution for Live Nation UK. Managing a team of 5 across key owned media channels;, festival websites, mobile apps, CRM and analytics. Key Projects - Development and launch of the Live Nation iOS and Android Mobile App (UK launch late-September 2014, EMEA launch Q4 2014). - Live Nation My Shows Web App; a precursor to the personalisation technology used in the mobile app which plugs into the music.listens api to access streaming listening habits to provide recommendations. - Development of Wireless, Calling and Download festival apps including the highly successful and innovative trial of Crowd Connected positioning technology as part of the Wireless 2014 app. Crowd Connected technology uses low energy Bluetooth signals, GPS and iBeacons to triangulate individuals and crowds at festivals. This technology has had great logistical as well as commercial value and following its successful trial will be rolled out to all festivals in 2015. - Over haul of CRM practices including the redevelopment of CRM email templates, implementation of a contact strategy and data planning. As a result over the last year the Live Nation database has increased from 1.8m to 2.6m customers.
