Part of AB's management team, leading on Digital Strategy. My role focuses on business development and client management by empowering AB's digital services across Search (Organic & Paid, Social, Web, Content Marketing & Data Analysis. I lead the in-house Digital Strategy department by developing and inspiring our team, as well as maintaining best practice across our processes, software and account management. Within the role I have also developed a national marketing and communications strategy to increase exposure for the agency, which has included an awards programme, PR strategy, insightful measurement of client satisfaction, development of new websites and a new London office.
