Chris Zantis is a Registered Architect in the UK (ARB) and Cyprus (ETEK). He is a graduate of the Department of Architecture of the University of Cyprus and holds an MA in Enterpreneurship from Goldsmiths University of London. He has worked in several award-winning practices in London, participating in the design and delivery of a wide range of structures and spaces, such as Private Residences, Hotels, Skyscrapers, Commercial/Office Spaces, Manufacturing Facilities, Shopping Centres and Retail.
Since 2019 he has repatriated to Cyprus after several years working in London and is currently practicing as an Architect in Limassol. His current interest is the induction of innovative design technologies in the analysis, composition and organisation of Building Information.

Over the course my employment Echo Architecture, I have worked on Stages C and D of a 72-storey Mixed-use Skyscraper in Riyadh, KSA, a 250,000 sq.m. Retail Development in Milan, Italy, in both occasions focused on the design and development of the superstructure, along with VT, MEP and Structural coorindation with the project consultants.
In addition to my responsibilities on these projects, I was responsible for developing the fit-out design for our new offices, to suit the expansion of the company up to 120 strong staff.

Between 2014-2015, I was employed at Wilkinson Eyre Architects in London, where I worked on prestigious projects such as the Crown Sydney Resort and the Dyson Headquarter Expansion.
My work on the Crown Resort was focused on 24 Levels of the Hotel and VIP Gaming sections of the building, coordinating with consultants on structure, services, hydraulics, wind and landscaping, preparing drawings and tender packages, 3D modeling and visualization.
On Dyson, I produced drawings, visuals and reports for the refurbishment of Dyson D3+D4, to accompany the planning submission and RIBA Stage 2 report. In addition, I produced a number of construction issue drawings for Stages 3 and 4 for the ancillary Sports Facility adjacent to the Dyson HQ building, as well as the Cafe and R&D Facility.
