I have conducted and learned about various research methodologies, ranging from focus groups and interviews, to card sorting and A/B testing. I know of how and when would be a good time to use these research tools to find out key insights needed to progress designs further. As a consultant, I am constantly communicating and collaborating with new clients to discuss design decisions and other members with different roles such as developers to align my designs. With my creative background, I know what to tool to use and how to implement these design decisions.

Building my skills as a user experience designer and putting it into professional practice for the first time. Whilst there I was also assistant to managing the device lab, wrote a blog published on the website and won the ‘SMART’ award (internal reward system). I also went beyond my role and did independent research sessions with clients and participants for Petplan and Experian.
