Mar 2010
  • Currently working for London City Physiotherapy Ltd, a City based private Physiotherapy clinic as a reception manager. I have a keen interest in Digital Marketing and work closely alongside my colleagues assisting in the decision making of the practice with a focus on the marketing aspect of the company. I regularly analyse and implement decisions relating to the marketing for the company, working alongside the directors. On a monthly basis I deal with various aspects of the marketing from customer feedback, retention, to email marketing and promotions. In 2012 London City Physiotherapy expanded and launched London City Pilates, a subsidiary business, running mat based Pilates classes and Private Training sessions. As the manager, I am the first point of contact for customers and lead in all aspects of the growth and development of this business. I am experienced in dealing with both external and internal communications, re-branding, various marketing techniques and campaign planning across the full marketing mix. During my time here, I have built a relationship with a number of top orthopaedic consultants and their administration teams which has allowed me to build on the working relationship between London City Physiotherapy Ltd and some of London's top clinics and hospitals.
